Jahvante Cries For Peace
With the crime and violence on the rise globally, reggae artiste Jahvante joins forces with producer Thug Chemist Muzik on
the track called “Cry Peace.”
Jahvante has been gearing up for the official release of his projects to be released soon including upcoming projects in the pipeline.
Current Projects
As the multitalented recording artiste Jhevante Campbell, more popularly known to fans as Jahvante, continues to sweat up a storm in studio, his recent heavy banger “Cry Peace” is enjoying rotation on the playlist of many prominent disc jockeys locally and internationally.
“Cry Peace is a song that speaks to world leaders fighting for power and not thinking about people including children of the future.” He continued ” They are fighting against other countries who are manufacturing guns while the citizens are crying for peace.”
Jahvante is also getting ready for the official release of his EP entitled: Them and Those which includes careful well -constructed tracks such as: Cry Peace, Hot Pon Them & Those, Jah Jah, You Save Me, If It Wasn’t For Jah, Terrible Feeling and A Girl Like You.
“All Tracks are live acoustic instruments; the musicians that contributed to the EP are Sly & Robbie, Robbie Lyn, Flabba Holt, Mikey Chung, Bongo Herman and produced Lloyd Roberts of Thug Chemist Muzik.” shared Jahvante
He continued, “The music video for Cry Peace, is being rotated on FLOW cable, HYPE TV, , also the next single which will be dropping from the EP is coming soon, so look out for that as well, while we have a few shows in the pipeline.”
Upcoming Projects
Meanwhile as Jahvante adds another notch to his musical belt with banger Cry Peace, he further shared his challenges in the music industry with the media.
“There has been little ups and downs on this journey of music, but I would say it has been a great one so far, I look at it this way; I learn from my mistakes because every step of the way is a learning process, so I ride with the tide and always give Jah thanks for all the knowledge I’ve gained so I can be better at my craft.”
As Jahvante strives for a difference in the reggae industry, he further noted that his aim is to bring a positive attitude and real love of music, which his fans can relate to and enjoy.
When asked what word of advice he has for upcoming artistes, he responded,
” first you should put God first and you have to believe in yourself and stay out of trouble while working towards your dream.”
