Outline for BACKAYARD Issue 25
DESCRIPTION OF MAGAZINE
Since 2005, BACKAYARD Magazine has driven the Caribbean culture forward sponsoring and hosting events in New York, Miami, Japan, L.A., Kingston, London, Italy and Germany just to name a few. We have distributed more than 260,000 magazines across the Caribbean, Latin America, USA and Europe, and have maintained a readership of 400,000+ devoted reggae music fans and taste makers within that time.
The BAY brand has been synonymous with authenticity, Caribbean lifestyle and reggae culture since its inception, and maintains that same authenticity today! The brand’s ethos and UVP (Unique Value Proposition) has always been “Know Your Roots” – which acts as a call to action for all enthusiasts of the music and culture. It has remained this way for the last 13 years and now we are evolving.
If you are familiar with the publication, then more than likely you would have noticed our new look and feel. But what we are planning is far more interactive and, hopefully, important to your daily life. We at BACKAYARD are moving to creating more online unique content. In all possible platforms in the coming year we are going to deliver audio and visual treats to all who are interested. We are also looking to partner with some of the best influencers and content creators the world over as we look to continue bring to you the best quality we possibly can. Call it the BAY way. Please full joy this edition and don’t forget to check out @backayardlive
