Upcoming Projects
Not one to “back down” from a challenge, Shana S is not only a singjay but a boss in her own right. The multi-talented artiste is now gearing up for the official launch of her clothing brand, while adding the final touches to her album and is now the CEO of her very own record label.
“I officially started my record label Shana S Music in 2014 which is based in Florida, I also write and co-produce some of my songs as well which isn’t common in the dancehall arena.”
When asked what advice she could leave for upcoming artistes that are facing obstacles within the music industry, Shana S shared with a smile,
“Don’t feel pressured to do things you’re not comfortable with, process things at your pace and follow your instinct. If you feel the need to knock on doors, keep knocking until one opens. Sing whatever comes to mind and revisit the idea and perfect it. Good songs can manifest from simple ideas. You may never know who might see your work so keep promoting, consistency is key.
