Recently there was an impromptu release party for “Mob Ties”, Bayka’s latest collection of tracks packaged and delivered fresh for his ever growing group of fans. Held inside The Balcony in New Kingston, the release party featured quite a few guests as the likes of Pablo YG, Iwaata, Jahshii, Jah Frass even joined the man of the moment on the stage at certain intervals.

Magnum Tonic Wine sponsored the launch and Bayka decided to create an environment that allowed him to personally engage the crowd with a few of his older hits and a smattering of tracks featured on “Mob Ties”. The response from the audience should indicate that Bayka should make intimate showcases like this a regular component of his promotional rollout as his career progresses. The hope is that “Mob Ties” would make such a mark that there would be a clamouring for more Bakya on stages and at more venues. As first steps go this was certainly one heck of one.
