2019 was a year filled with a multitude of experiences that were  quite bad. These experiences provided the perfect breeding ground for a cluster of negative thoughts, words and actions all culminating to provide a negative outlook on life. This piece is not a fluff upbeat, let’s save the world speech (although I would love if we could do our part to limit the effects of climate change), this piece is dedicated to those who fuck shit up and then fuck some more shit up right after. Being a young Jamaican in an ever-changing world , an ever interactive world allows us to see many viewpoints that fracture our mindset as negativity comes in different forms of mediums within this digital landscape that we call our life. Positive actions comes around as a refreshing morsel of golden curried chicken in a plate filled with ginger all with the same colour. It through such instances where we are sometimes restricted to move forward as we tend to move forward 5 spaces and then ‘bukk’ our big toe 5 more spaces and then guess what happens after? We fall flat on our faces, with a big ass toe buck and a bumbuclaat on our tongue. I have no miracle formula to sell to you, to be frank and im not talking about grace – this shit doesn’t get any better and won’t get any better, the only thing we can revel in is that being stagnant is the worst thing ever. So I ask all of us, to move forward to take that first step towards a life that we might be proud of.

For 2020 let us create more healthy habits such as eating more healthier and escaping the clutches of the chicken, the question is constantly asked “ wah dem put inna di chicken” and I do ask you, do you really want to find out?  Let us jump on the coaster called Investment, let us fill our portfolios with only 50 packs just on the backseat, let us drop the middle seat and create new ways of earning an income. Let us go so deep into our bag , we end up in Narnia!  2020 will be an amazing year and yet I can say this after receiving my first major L  just this week, ratatata getting a L so early in the year  is really the ghetto but that wont phase me and it shouldn’t phase you!
