Live From Africa … Obibini Blackdin
James Kofi Ezu aka Obibini Blackdin was born in the gateway to Africa in the city of Accra in Ghana on May 2, 1980 blessed with rare a musical talent and a heart destined to give his talent and his resources to the world.
Obibini Blackdin discovered in his teenaged years that his path in life was to spread love through his unforgettable talent “Music” in his own words expressing that music was instilled in his blood due to his background raised in a musical family.
Blackdin through out his career has worked with various artistes as a feature in their songs. To date he has been featured in roughly 20 songs and is currently working on a collaboration with some international artists on his debut album which is set to be released soon.
Blackdin’s purpose and objective is to use his music as a tool to spread love and life music through out the world dedicating his talents to educate and uplift people with music as his main resource. Blackdin says that he did not actually chose music however that music chose him so to speak.
Blackdin is activitely living up to the teachings of embracing humanity and advocating for the less fortunate and has recently established an entity called “NGO” which was put into place by himself and other constituents in his community with a burning passion to combat poverty in particular with the grave impact poverty has on the children in the Ghanian and African communities as a whole. Proceeds gained from this outstandingly worthy causes will be invested into breaking down the barriers of poverty and paving the way for the children who will be leaders of the future.
Blackdin has also been recognized for his compassion and mostly for his mind spelling voice that has carried him over the seas and is in the progression of several international involvement pertaining to his musical career.
