ADDIS PABLO AND THE UPPERCUT BAND PLAY: AUGUSTUS PABLO @ THE JAZZ CAFE, CAMDEN, ENGLAND

Somewhere east of the River Nile, in a little place called Camden Town, Addis Pablo took us on a melodic journey through his father’s house on a warm Saturday evening at The Jazz Cafe in Camden.

Ably supported by the excellent Uppercut Band, Addis paid respectful homage to his father – Augustus Pablo and effortlessly delivered the message of universal dub to the hundreds of patrons that filled every available inch of floor space in the iconic venue.
