• Shaggy and Friends

  It is now 2010 and with it comes the express line of events to cover. And by far one of the most anticipated shows, of this January period at least, is the “Dare to Care” concert promoted by Shaggy and friends. With all the proceeds from the event going to the Bustamante Children hospital, sponsors could be assured that their money was going towards a worthy cause.  The stage show itself was extremely well run with artiste changes done with little or no movement from the main band and backup singers. While the lawns of Jamaica House were packed with patrons eager to show that they were willing to sacrifice up to $30,000 to help the plight of Jamaica’s only hospital completely dedicated to the care of children.
