  • Busy Signal Locks Europe


    September 1, 2009: -- Top dancehall deejay Busy Signal can officially claim Europe as his own.  Busy Signal recently returned from a two week concert festival tour where he gave performances in Sweden, Germany, Norway and Italy.  Busy Signal and Kaution Band delivered energetic performances to the delight of thousands of fans across the continent.  Impressed fans posted several videos on YouTube.com and painted shocking colour graffiti signage bearing his name on the walls surrounding various cities.

     The Uppsala Festival in Sweden could be considered the highpoint of his trip to Europe, after giving an hour-long  performance to the large crowd, it was clear that they could not get enough of “the busy one” – who returned to the stage to give an additional half hour. Busy Signal performed hit after hit including the hugely popular One More Night which had the ladies swooning and the heart pounding hit, Up in her Belly and of course Da style Deh. “I can’t get over the response, they knew every word to every song I was performing…hothead to the world” said Signal.

    Immediately following the tour, Busy Signal departed for performances across the Caribbean, including Guyana and Trinidad.  In addition to touring, Busy Signal paused to shoot the video for his new track Feel Fah, a provocative collaboration with Guyanese songstress Timeka Marshall.  The deejay then returns to studio to add to his arsenal of both radio friendly and hard core hit tracks.  New tracks are posted online at www.myspace.com/onebusysignal.
